Includes; - One or two workshop - Full Ninja show - Ninja skill sessions for every class/year group - Pop up skipping rope shop and merchandise stand target age = Primary note - For two day workshops, please select your preferred start date for day one of the workshop, and put into your notes your require two days. (perfect for larger schools/schools over 2 sites). Please email us with any queries.

Cancellation Policy

CUSTOMER WILL: Pay agreed cost of For skipping workshop. Complete payment through bank transfer or cheque, by due date within invoice. (Late payments beyond invoice due date will incur a 20% fee). Arrange schedule of assembly and sessions. (7 days minimum prior to event). Provide space for assembly and sessions (assembly in hall/sessions outside where possible/weather permitting). Facilitate opening of school 2 hours prior to assembly start. (e.g. 7am set up for 9am assembly.) Promote sale of skipping ropes to parents and children through parent communication (7 days prior to event and also 24 hours before). Facilitate exit from school following workshop. In the event of cancellation, notify us at least 7 days prior to the event. If you cancel the event with at least 7 days notice, the event will be rearranged free of charge. If you can cancel under 7 days, a 20% charge to the workshop cost will be added. SKIP BEATZ LTD will; Deliver workshop on agreed date. Provide motivational assembly presentation and demonstration. Award prizes to children in assembly. Deliver skipping sessions in line with agreed timetable. Use pop up interactive sound system on playground (if facility surface enables/has vehicle access). Provide opportunity for children and parents to purchase skipping ropes and products on the day of the workshop. In the event of injury, illness or other extenuating circumstances, an alternative date will be provided for delivery. (We will notify you at least 24 hours before the event of any cancellation). In the event of cancellation - If a mutual date for the workshop cannot be found in the original proposed term, the workshop will move to the next available term.
